From the idea to the mask...
Things have to move quickly in 2020, when the pandemic overtakes many parts of the world. Already in spring, it becomes clear that the procurement of medical masks is a major challenge worldwide. While attempts are being made to import more and more from China & Co., there are a few companies in this country that are tackling the problem directly. So a simple idea turns into a joint venture of the companies Schneider Kunststofftechnik GmbH and Samway Gmbh & Co. KG.
With a clear goal
On September 09, 2020, after approx. 3 months of preparation, it is done. One of the first production plants for medical masks in Germany will start. The aim of the cooperation is to cover the high demand for medical masks in Germany and thus to reduce the dependence on producers from China and Co.
